If that is the same Bart (if that is his FR given name) then he is a loyal Clinton stooge and he has been around a while. He does look a bit different, but he could have gained weight over the past few years. Hard to tell if it is the same Bart. Thanks for posting the pic. I don't know how to do it.

Also, I just watched the whole YouTube video of Hillary in Tampa. The rally after the RNC convention but before the DNC convention. She was wearing a green outfit. Nothing strange about her behavior, but Bart quickly joined Hillary as she left the stage, and he stayed close to her as she went through the crowd. I get the impression he is her number one protector. Now it is shower time.
