Alas, too many of us here are beholden to Fedzilla. . . Between Civil Service and Contractors, especially here in Northern Virginia, a huge chunk of the economy is locked to the Feds. . . .

You're right. Virginia is now blue. Too many people there are voting to hold on to their comfy jobs.

Got that right! Seems the whole of Northern VA is government workers or those who feed off the government contracts. Lib City. Along with some of the University towns and the Norfolk area.

Go look at a red/blue election map. Northern Virginia and a few college towns like Chatlottsville and Richmond, all went blue. Unfortunate as it is those areas also are densely populated.

The rest of Virginians are basically disenfranchised.
