I think this is difficult ground to traverse, has some pitfalls, similar to "elections are rigged." I like the way "rigged elections" is being steered to media bias, and actions such as revealed in the DNC e-mail leaks (press/DNC cooperation).
On the "unfit" charge, I'd pivot to judgment, lies under pressure even when she doesn't need to lie (this can be cast as "not right, up there"), angry temperament in private, etc. Let the shaky footing and odd eye/head/freeze attributes be seen, but no conclusions drawn, by Trump, on that. Let the people decide what to make of her in that regard.
Ahhhh, CNN has a copy of Trump's speech already, they are going to talk about it in advance of the speech.
A five point plan, looking first at GDP growth. Trump paints himself as a change agent, Hillary is candidate of the past.
I disagree. The only way people who consider themselves rational can justify voting for hillary is that they believe that the mistakes she's made in the past won't be repeated in the future. Voters have to know that hillary is too sick to be a steady and wise decision maker, ever.
