After reading 50+ posts to this article I had to reaffirm I'm viewing FreeRepublic and not some posts from Eeyore.com.

To All of the Despondent, Doomsayer, "Nothing Will Become of This" crowd: You, by your own actions, are fulfilling your own prophesy. This will become nothing because YOU will allow it to be so! When, in the 20+ years of its existence has Free Republic required the lockstep participation of the MSM to achieve any of the goals this aggregation of Freedom loving patriots chooses to champion? In a word, never!

Need I remind you how one FReeper, "Buckhead", blew a Main Stream Media lie and fabrication completely out of the water which resulted in one media head being cut off and tossed to the curb?

I did not know that a Freeper was able to blow a hole in the Media’s garbage...what was that? This is the first I heard. It’s good news, but can you point me to the post or at least tell me what it involved. Many thanks.
