A volleyball match Saturday between the U.S. and Puerto Rico in Rio de Janeiro included a ball out call against the Americans, prompting the Brazilian audience to cheer, according to The Daily Caller.
The unidentified NBC announcer was quick to point out that U.S. teams receive negative responses “everywhere” they play, other than at home.
“And you heard the cheers from the pro-Brazilian, pro-Puerto Rican crowd here,” the person said. “You don’t know, the United States gets cheered against everywhere in the world except the United States.”

Yes, they did train in US colleges. They should have a hyphen with the country they are representing. That would give a better descriptor of why they are good enough to compete in the Olympics.
(I really like my idea. At University of Arizona they trained lots of foreign athletes to swim in the Olympics. )

I laughed when I heard the William’s sisters lost early in the tennis matches.
I am reminded of the moslem third worlder wearing the Osama bin Laden T-shirt screaming “where is America? Help us!” after his country was devastated by a tsunami or earthquake. I can’t remember the event but I clearly remember the man. They hate us until they need our money.
The good news is that as America transitions from Republic to Empire, all these envious turds will soon find themselves working in salt mines, or working oars in a galley somewhere. Then they’ll really have a reason to boo.
UF sent 30 athletes. I always said instead of the countries, they should compete for the US university they went to. ;)
