I like the looks of the right hand plate. It looks like eggs, with stuff in them. Don’t know what the stuff is, but I think its going to be stuff out of my garden, tonight!
Looks like eggs, ham , peppers and onions with potatoes on the side..
Last night chopped up onion, pepper, garlic and new potatoes from garden. Added a bit of bacon from local butcher with neighbors free range eggs. Added a slice of cheese. It was SOOOOO good. Only cost was the cheese and cost of a slice of bacon.
Added a large slice of cantelope that was traded for some other produce.
Life is good on “the farm”
