It makes sense to me to blame the Republican voters of the first district of Wisconsin for putting Paul Ryan in Congress for the last 17 years but I blame 236 members of the Republican caucus in the House of Representatives who have worked with him every day for electing him as the Republican Party’s leader in 2015.

That’s true as well. They are all a bunch of dickless eunichs who’s only real concern is themselves, staying elected, and continuing to get money from rich bastards who don’t give a $hit about anything but money!
