Op-Ed: If Trump wins, a coup isn't impossible here in the U.S.

Americans viewing the recent failed coup attempt in Turkey as some exotic foreign news story [] should pause to consider that the prospect of similar instability would not be unfathomable in this country if Donald Trump were to win the presidency.

Trump is not only patently unfit to be president, but a danger to America and the world. Voters must stop him before the military has to.

What the HELL is going on D.C.? I mean they are DEATHLY afraid of Trump winning this !!

Astounding levels of corruption ready to be revealed. Remember that just this year the Senate committed Treason in broad daylight (the Iran deal). That sort of stuff indicates huge internal corruption, I suspect (but cannot prove) that the Clinton e-mails linked many high-level politicians and bureaucrats to the Clinton Foundation's activities and also to the Iran deal. If I am correct in my estimation, then a Treason trial for this would essentially decapitate the federal government simply in its discovery as more and more people are added to the list of the accused.

If in October it looks like Trump might win then a false flag crisis will be manufactured to give Obama the excuse to declare martial law, cancel the election and arrest Trump.

If Obama had the power to do this, he already would have. He doesn't like that he's being "forced out" by the 22nd Amendment. If Obama had the ability to impose martial law, he would already be President-For-Life and the Constitution would be void.

If Hillary wins, a coup is likely here in the U.S.

Do you seriously think ANY devoted follower of Obola, Hillary, Holdren, Bill Clinton, Reno, Montamayor, Lynch or today’s DHS, IURS, BATF, or the DOJ would even BLICK at “demanding” their regime “follow a framework”?

They ARE outside the law, above the law, and have no respect nor fear of the “law.”

Already had a coup, in 1973, led by the media and the dems (some things never change)

If Trump wins a coup isn’t possible because the people who will elect him largely comprise the military.

The people in military and paramilitary organizations are conditioned to follow orders. And when given orders, they will obey. The Milgram experiment and the Nazi experience proved that.

He says if Trump wins, there will be a coup.

I say, if he loses there will be.

I have far greater fears of a coup with the current resident of the White House. For all his faults Trump is no Alinsky radical wanting to overthrow the government or who has as his friends people like Bill Ayers who actively tried to stage a coup.

Throughout the three terms I served in the military, men were trained to evaluate the lawfulness of orders. There is a reason why the oath was to defend the constitution and not the government. This was drilled into us continually.

If this has changed, it is a change that has been made in it’s entirety since I got out in 1991

The vast majority of American cops believe in Blind Obedience. The pro-life rescue movement proved that.

There isn’t any such framework. It would work like a coup with the media cheering and the GOPe greasing the skids. We have Homeland Security for a reason. The actual military would stand aside

Trump winning will be the coup! The dhimmicraps will go bonkers, and we’ll be on the way to reclaiming this grand experiment, God willing.

Wait, is this clown calling for a coup?

No. Far worse the LA Timres is advocating violence against a presidential candidate.

If this kind of urging continues, it wont be long before some nut tries to do what the Times is advocating.

OK, I had some trouble with the terminology. You're talking a coup.

I can't see it but I understand what you're talking about.

I had some problems wrapping my head around the "nullification decree".

I have a brother in law... he said outright that if ordered to go door to door rounding up citizens for no other reason than that they were military veterans, he would do so.

Your BIL might be successful most of the way down the first block until the word got out what he was up to...
