I remember how disappointed I was when I was a kid and I heard on the car radio that “Spider-man” was climbing the Sears Tower. I insisted my mom drive home as quickly as possible so I could see Spider-man on the news, only to see a regular guy with some suction cups. He didn’t even bother putting on a Spider-man costume! What a let down :(

There is not much they can do short of shooting him down, is there? Nope. Once he gets started, all they can really do is keep him contained and arrest him when he reaches a horizontal surface (top or bottom). Meanwhile, elsewhere folks pay good money to see an act like that.
