(CNN)Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan gave the United States "an ultimatum," demanding the extradition of the cleric he believes is behind the failed July 15 coup attempt.
The state-run Anadolu news agency reported that Erdogan had said the US had to choose between its relationship with Turkey and Fethullah Gulen, a former Erdogan ally who has been in self-imposed exile in Pennsylvania for decades. A lot depends on whether our nukes at Incerlik have been seized or are in danger of seizure. The smart move would be to make it look like he fled the country on his own. He shows up in Sweden and it is somebody else’s problem.
If I were the object of this argument, I’d be gone already.

We STILL haven’t heard anything that denies the claims that the US was involved in the coup attempt.
The close relationship that invited the 4th Cav to mobilize in Turkey in advance of Operation Iraqi Freedom and then denied them the right to cross the border at the last minute? Would ISIS be an issue today if we had opened a Northern Front?

Turkey refused American Troops crossover in 2003. They have been Horse’s asses ever since Erdogan has been radicalizing the country. Ataturk must be turning over in his grave..

90% of Turkey believesthe US and Gulen were behind the coup. It’s theone thing that the country is united on.
