I’m curious about what statute she intends to prosecute Exxon for violating. Will she be repealing just the First Amendment or the whole Bill of Rights? Maybe she can get Baltimore DA Marilyn Mosby to charge them with “depraved heart” research funding.
A couple of state AGs and the Virgin Islands have already filed suit and Exxon filed suit back.
