You are lucky the judge didn’t cite you for contempt. You making a snarky stupid point. I agree with the judge’s decision to throw you off the jury, though I suppose the defense attorney wished you had been retained.

Execution, and not after decades of legal wrangling and costing millions of taxpayer $, is the only just method. For murder, rape, child molesting, arson that results in a death.
No attention to, and no sympathy for, the person who was murdered.
It’s called the joint enterprise principle. If you are a party to a crime, and the crime results in a murder, you are liable for the *results* of *your* criminal act.

Stupid, sophomoric argument. First, the prosecutor wouldn't bring charges, second, the grand jury wouldn't indict. Finally, the jury wouldn't convict. On top of it all, any prosecutor that did bring charges would be made to look like a flaming moron in every election for the rest of his life.

My dad was murdered by 2 punks with a gun. Both are now out and on the street.
