Anyone who can present Shine's background and political leanings? If he's a liberal, I would fear for the continuation of the commentators at Fox Business, the only popular cable outlet which has by far a conservative viewpoint upfront in its reporters, led by Stuart Varney, Lou Dobbs and Charles Payne.

Right after Ailes was ousted, Rush Limbaugh did say on his radio show that he hoped his replacement would be Bill Shine. So I take this announcement as good news.
