Reading the above it's apparent that the article is written for readers who have NO IDEA who George Soros is and WH evil he is. In fact the Democrat party has been subverted and corrupted so badly it would literally take a book to list all the evil Soros has done and the m.o. Of setting up shadow entities to accomplish his evil deeds. The article only mentions that he's a "progressive billionaire" and nothing more. It's quite misleading if you know the truth about the man.
