The reverse is, “You can con a dishonest man.”
There are no, none, zero, nada, Democrats who don’t know that somebody else’s money is being stolen to give to them.
They know the money is stolen.
They don’t care.
That makes them dishonest.
That makes them easy to con.
The Democrat Party is a union of pickpockets.
