There a lot of gibberish that sounds like typical governmental rattletrap and SOP mixed in. Its almost as boring as reading intel briefings with all the standard 3 letter acronyms embedded in every sentence. You will have to sit down and read them carefully to decode them to determine if there is any real intel of value there.
