witnesses described the shooter as tall and Hispanic, Hispanic...why did he say something? Arabs are often mistaken for hispanics. Anyone want to bet against this being an "internal" dispute?

Arabs are often mistaken for hispanics. That's why I asked if he said something. A "hispanic" is often defined as a person who speaks Spanish...except, of course, Spaniards.
