A better question. Why have the Republicans done nothing?

Why are so many Republicans standing up for the traitorous witch and against Trump?

I am screaming angry at our “public servants”. I pray Trump wins...he is literally our only hope.

“Why have the Republicans done nothing?”

Indeed. They indict themselves by their inaction. Although we know why: The Clintons’ built-up database of damning info on dirty GOPe players. As many of them as Ds will go down with a Trump-driven investigation.

We’re not in DC, and we’re not stupid or blind. Trump is shining bright light on a city of vermin, and they’re snarling, snapping and grouping together.

Because doing something would require doing the only thing that they can do - use the power of the purse to strangle the truth out of the administration. You do things like pass appropriations legislation stating - no more than 30% of funds made available in this account my be expended until General Lynch takes the following actions...

even that is chancy. You can just state no funds in this account. At such time as the General has completed action Y, the General is invited to submit a new appropriation for the remainder of the year.

That is lawful pay to play or play to get paid, and committee chairmen use it all the time.

But if you are on the gravy train, then such acts hurt your cause, which is why the republicans expedited the passage of the budget and then talked about proposing a conservative agenda.

I think it is because we can’t seem to get them out of office. When we do, then along comes someone just like them, like Cruz for example, as the replacement.

These guys are masters. Talk that talk and it’s smoke, and the do their deal and it’s mirrors.

I can't support a party that has become nothing more than the women's auxiliary of the Democratic Party. - Jim DeMint
