Yes, but the community organizer, agitator in chief, is running the country. The DOJ will be ready to pounce on any shooting of "their people." Not to mention that Obama is using all of this to try to Federalize police forces and make it ever harder to enforce order. The message to police is pretty clear. You can shoot whites without more than the usual review, but shoot POCs and you will be investigated and charged, if possible, and your police force will be turned inside out.
