According to that pie chart, blacks at 12% would be about 38 million; hispanics at 16% would be about 49 million. That means the illegals are the ONLY reason hispanic residents have exceeded blacks, assuming there are more than 11 million illegals. You'd think blacks would be pretty outraged about their votes being disenfranchised by illegals voting...
