It isn’t blacks and whites - it is blacks and everyone else.
There can’t be a “friendly separation” because a black country in North America is no more able to support itself than a black country in sub-Saharan Africa. Who would maintain the infrastructure? Where is the tax base?
The fact is they want treatment similar to American Indians; “wards of the state” with everything provided by Uncle Sam (read: taxpayers) and no expectations of them AT ALL...

I’m not sure they would be happy with that, though the idea of creating independent self-ruled “homelands” is interesting.
BTW, the people that would be most against that are white liberals.
