Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett held a news conference, where he commended the work of the city’s first responders, the amazing restraint police have had while dealing with the unrest, and the saying that a curfew will be imposed until order is restored. The state’s National Guard has been activated, though they will not be deployed unless Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn deems it necessary.
They city has been thrown into turmoil over the officer-involved shooting of Sylville Smith. Barrett said that the officer was wearing a body-cam at the time of the shooting. He didn’t see the full video, but a still that clearly shows Smith was armed. He also had a firearm with an extended magazine; 23 rounds were found in it. Over at Hot Air, Ed mentioned how Gov. Scott Walker wants that video to be released as soon as possible. For now, it remains in the possession of the state of Wisconsin pending an investigation.

All rational people know that the thug had a gun and got what was coming to him. But arguing logic with the mob isn’t going to work. They want to riot, period. This is the excuse. They aren’t thinking beyond that.

This is probably a politically incorrect statement, but I wouldn’t mind if the police cut down on all of these protesters after they been fairly warned. They need to get a job and quit sucking off George Soros and the demoncrat machine!

People being so understanding and open minded about the motives of these criminals that their brains have fallen out is what enables the rioters.
Until their neighbors at least start turning against these rioters they will continue to suffer riot after riot.
That’s their choice to make and if they continue to make it even worse surely waits in the wings.
Me ... I will continue to opine that rioters and looters should be shot during the commission of their crimes.

I have long said this. Goes for any rioters, blacks or college thugs. They should all be summarily shot. This garbage would stop in no time.
