A pair of leading House Republicans are demanding that federal prosecutors pursue perjury charges against Hillary Clinton, accusing the former secretary of state of lying about her emails.
Reps. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), who chair the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees, respectively, said Clinton was untruthful during testimony to Congress about her use of a private email server.
“With respect to whether she sent or received emails that were marked classified at the time, Secretary Clinton testified under oath … that she did not,” according to a letter they sent Monday to the US Attorney in Washington, D.C.
“The FBI, however, found several of Secretary Clinton’s emails did in fact contain markings that identified classified information therein.”

And there was that email that was requesting information and to just remove the heading (where the classification is). That goes to intent to hide and knowledge of what they were doing.
