I think he does off-the-cuff and Teleprompter equally well. Each style has its place — specific to the venue, audience, and topic. Sober policy speeches work better with Teleprompter.

Instead, you took the easiest way out and accomplished nothing except establishing you are a name caller. I do not allow my thirteen year old grandson to resort to name calling.
