Initially, I remember Bill being lukewarm to indifferent when it came to the conflict in Kosovo. Hillary pushed him hard to intervene on the side of the Muslims there - Kosovo was one of her pet projects. Like most of Bill Clinton's worst decisions, Hillary was the one behind it.
No need to worry about that, Mexicans seem to be taking over California and the entire southwest with no help from any foreign country at all, although I suppose DC politicians may as well be representatives of a foreign country at this point.
