We can walk and chew gum at the same time. We need to reduce legal immigration as quickly as possible. We can tie it to jobs. Immigrants are taking American jobs and depressing wages. Why are we still bringing in massive numbers of legal immigrants at a time when we have the lowest labor participation rates in 38 years?
