I think homeland security ought to go the way of the EPA & FedEd. Disappear. It’s function is already redundant Defense. Put it back under a real cabinet position and start firing Czars.
And while you are at it, I recommend reactivating HUAC and evicting the UN. FedGov loves it’s acronyms. Too much.
