Joe —
I never expected to have to email you in August 2016 and tell you that — despite our best efforts and a team of more than 2 million grassroots donors on our side — were still not raising the kind of money we should be.
Now let me be transparent about what I mean. We’re not in some massive hole. We’re not hitting any panic buttons.
We’re just a little behind where we need to be — seven percent off projections one day, three percent off the mark the next.
But it’s persistent, and that’s what has me worried.
Heres why: Were ahead in the polls right now because weve invested in advertising at the right time and put organizers on the ground all across the country. We built this lead with a budget based on our understanding of how much support we could count on from our supporters.
But if Trump starts spending the way we are, it’s going to have an impact. And we cant afford that as a campaign or as a country. So missing our goals day after day isnt something Im comfortable with.
Im counting on you to step up again, Joe. Will you chip in $1?
Theres no cavalry in the wings waiting to step up if Trump throws something particularly nasty at us.
Theres just this team — and whether or not we win will depend wholly on if we did what we needed to in a moment like this. I know we can do this.
Chip in $1 right now:
Thanks,
Robby

Robby forget to mention Hillary’s multi million dollar medical bills. Those are greater than projected.
Contribute or she will have to do the “breaking bad” thing. :-)
