Yeah, already done and in Germany or Italy. Saying they’re going to Romania is just to p**s off the Russians. They made all kinds of noise about the missile defense site going in there. Well, a few land based SM-3s don’t seem so bad now do they? Not when you stack them up against a few mega tons....
