I’m betting PKK. They’ve been heavily targeting police stations and police/military buses. The wedding just happened to be in the same area as the police station.

We may or may not find out. PKK is quite careful about not hitting purely civilian targets, they do not want the "terrorist" label.

There is also yet another possibility... neither one. Whose wedding was it anyway? If it involved a mafia figure, it might have been non-political.
