Well, that’s too bad.
He could have been a leader and president....
We need to limit the jurisdiction of the Court; to restrict the impact of its decisions to only the case before it,
and removing its ability to legistlate.
And, Congress has the power to do that, with a simple law, as it can set the limits of federal court jurisdiction.
And THAT will restore some balance to our system.
