1) You dont have to buy health insurance (repeal Obamacare). 2) Healthcare providers are under no obligation to treat anyone without health insurance who cant otherwise pay. 3) Healthcare providers who decide to treat people who cant pay anyway are forbidden from spreading the cost out to their other patients who can pay. So a person without health insurance who is in a car accident is flat out of luck, huh? Might as well leave them in the wreckage.

So a person without health insurance who is in a car accident is flat out of luck, huh? Might as well leave them in the wreckage. Life is risky. Getting in a car is risky. Insurance is available to purchase if you want to mitigate risk. No one is forced to get into a car.
