Under what scenario does the person without health insurance who cannot otherwise pay get treatment that doesn’t cost the rest us?
There isn't one. So there seem to be only three possible solutions. Force them to insure themselves, as Obama wanted to do. Treat them regardless and have taxpayers and insurance premium payers foot the bill, as is done now. Or let them die, which seems to be what you are proposing.
