I don’t see how anyone can be close friends with anyone whose values are so different than their own, much less marry them.
Not married and no plans to do so. She goes left and I go right. But hey, the truth is... she likes to fish, loves the beach, drinks rum, she’s got a hot little figure and is simply amazing between the sheets.
Some people change over time. There's no marriage involved in this story, but had the voting age been one year lower, I would've voted for a Democrat for president. (I don't imagine that if I were married at that age, though, I would've threatened divorce over differences in how we voted.) I changed markedly enough over the next four years, and I've never happily voted for a Democrat for anything.
