I do not believe we have a special prosecutor/independent counsel law unless the US Attorney General asks for one - since Obama with Holder/Lynch they've ignored the various scandals: Fast & Furious, Benghazi, VA appointments, IRS patriot targeting, HRC emails, etc.

Unless Congress can appoint a special/independent prosecutor the Executive is lawless. Both links - VERY short:

What advantage would that be for her at this time?

I wonder if a special counsel was appointed, that it would be a way to shut down all discussion about Obama and her colluding to commit treason, until AFTER the election... when Obama’s justice department will find no cause to continue... and Obama would find all deserving of a pardon or something...
