Their obvious respect for the guys who actually make this country run day in/day out gets them big respect from me in return.
I've always said that you shouldn't be allowed to practice architecture without spending a year framing houses, and these two personify that outlook.
Yep...digging the ditches and sweeping the floors BEFORE you step foot in an office job....is a must. Only way to understand the heart and soul of a project.

Agreed, worked at husband’s cabinet shop, and some other aspects of building trades, even got to be acting foreman for a builder. These guys knowledge their stuff.

tomcat I agree with you totally Trump is just like one of the guys down on one of his sites, you can tell he has talked with them on a personal level all of his life, he is more comfortable with them than hob knobbing with these useless politicians that have NEVER worked a day in their lives!!! For ALL he has he IS very down to earth it comes across clearly to everyday folks!!! These LIB BASTARDS have been able to define him in a horrible light, he is NOT one of them, they don’t like it!!!!
