Is ‘sheltering inside the building’ the right way to go here?

Seems to me they could be sitting ducks for more “explosions and gunfire”.

Maybe dispersing as quickly as possible in all directions may be a better course of action.

Don't believe in the shelter in place policy....until they renovate the damn schools to put in some type of gate system and more cameras to isolate a perp.

It's not a big deal.

My grammar school was first floor and EVERY classroom had an exit only door. Now, that same school has two exits instead of 22.
