Yep. Mosul was lost in the summer of 2014 when those columns of ISIS thugs cruised down the highway unchallenged in Toyota pick-up trucks. ObaMao had to keep his promise to his base to pull all U.S. troops from Iraq by a certain date.
Promises like his statement "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor" weren't as important.

ISIS hurled several gay men from the top of Mosul’s tallest building recently.Oh, they definitely screwed up! The Koran specifies that gays are to be thrown off the roof of a hotel, with preference given to the local Holiday Inn.
