Well maybe not...they are hoping to get the same reaction they did a few elections ago...the black man dragged in back of a pick truck...can’t recall who the young man was, it was a smashing ad for the RATS and the majority of stupid Americans fell for the lie hook line and sinker!! Trump has stood up in front of white audiences and described black communities in negative terms, low homeownership, high crime, plow income - he doesn't see the strength of the communities, the black church, the excellence of black colleges, the pride of black parents ... he has no solutions to take on the reality of systemic racism. It takes a lot of nerve to say to people you have ignored, "What do you have to lose," and the answer is "everything."
What Trump is doing is more sinister, he is reinforcing stereotypes, offering a dog whistle to his more extreme supporters. A man with a long history of racial discrimination, who traffics in conspiracy from supermarket tabloids and the dark recesses of the internet should not run our government or command our military.
If he doesn't respect all Americans, how can he serve all Americans. People hope Trump will reinventing himself to be kinder ... it is hard to believe anyone could believe the things he says., The hard truth is there is no other Trump, this is it.
