All biological and natural instincts have to be eradicated in mankind...especially children have to be put in artificial institutions (factories away from parents like the 1800s American Indian children) to wipe out their identity—their past and make all connections to people GONE.

Yes, destroying everything (even beyond what Marx and Mao envisioned but Mengele certainly saw) and rebuilding from scratch. Except it’s never rebuilt. It’s destroyed and remains destroyed with a few survivors carrying on.
