Exxon/Mobil can STOP ALL THIS TOMORROW.
Simply gather some large Crews beginning on a Friday Morning and DISABLE ANY REFINERY THEY have in EVERY STATE that is doing this, Immediately HALT ALL BUSINESS WITH THESE STATES also. NOT ANOTHER DROP OF OIL OR GAS.
When ALL of their Citizens are WALKING and FREEZING TO DEATH, it will all stop.
