All Inspector Generals who work in the Defense/Intelligence agencies of the US need to have access to materials from Unclassified through Q (Nuclear and other types of above Top Secret records).
Otherwise they cannot do their job and this is what is happening, not apparently, but de factor, according to IG McCullough himself.
He is being deliberately blocked from doing his job. Seems that a similar scenario went into effect with the investigation and punishing of the late “Sandy “Burglar” Berger” and his theft of highly classified US foreign policy documents from the National Archives, some of which were destroyed.
Berger should have gone to jail for up to 10 years. Didn’t happen. Clinton pulled a lot of strings and called in lot of chips to keep old fat-face out of jail.
That was approximately when the Inspector General’s office began to get deballed. Today, IGs are eunuchs and most refuse to really fight back against the corrupt Obama/Holder/Lynch/Clinton cabal.
