One can feel sympathy for a person’s infirmities while still judging them unfit to perform a specific job.
The challenge is to get people to question whether she is capable of doing the job. Get them to consider what happens when the president has to rapidly make a tough decision that can affect millions of people, when the president doesn’t even have enough information to truly understand the situation. That produces an extreme amount of stress. Someone who is prone to seizing when subjected to stress is not someone who can do that job.
Or (the tl;dr version), to paraphrase Hillary, what happens when that phone call comes at 3 am?

Yes, they posted the alleged actual picture. Says “The real image was taken by photographer Luke Frazza in 1996,”. I say alleged because I don’t trust any media backing Hillary and her goons.
It’s not unreasonable for a woman to wear a wig where time is very limited. Women’s hair care takes time. I wore a wig for a time myself when working and raising two young children. Frankly I wonder why Trump has not had hair transplants instead of his comb over. He can certainly afford it.
