Sounds like some dopey term she picked up from a professional academic in the land of the perpetually offended.
Reading through the thread, it appears that the term isn’t new, but it also doesn’t have much weight or importance outside of internet political jargon. Its pretty obscure, actually.
My guess is, Hillary only heard the term in the last couple of days. She’s probably got a little cyber crew of millenials trolling the right wing blogosphere, looking for anything she can hang her hat on. They really missed on this one. Her hat’s on the floor.
