Yup. Trump may be falling short. We should let Hillary have it. /s

I'm not saying that. Not at all. I just hate being sold down the river......again. But compared to the alternative, I'll stay with this candidate despite his newly acquired failings.

I realize he's not an emperor with unlimited powers. But while I pointed out in the primaries that he wouldn't have absolute powers and would need a cooperative congress and possibly even the courts to get things done, I was told I was ill informed and don't under estimate what he can do.

Now that it appears he's becoming more pragmatic, some of the same people who were absolutists are now on the rationalization bandwagon.

I wouldn’t be so quick about being sold down the river by the media propaganda machine either.

And Congress doesn't appropriate enough money.

Obama seems to have an endless supply and we don't have a budget at all.

Eeyup.

Trump ain’t perfect. He’s going to have to be pragmatic, compromise, and in some cases we’ll have to make sure to let him know our displeasure if his pragmatism takes him too far one way or the other.

But out of all of the primary candidates, he showed himself to be pretty much the ONLY one who would even address the problem of invaders instead of accelerating it. That in itself made Trump my first, second, and ONLY choice.

And now that the primaries are over, people are whining that he’s not good enough?

What other choice do we have, huh?! At least this time it’s a choice between good and evil. It’s like people are refusing to get into a rescue boat because it won’t take them right to a swanky hotel or something.

Quick addendum to my last post.

We as a conservative community have made our displeasure with Trump known at least once before, and I seem to remember that he’s listened and addressed our concerns.

Second, we’ve stopped amnesty twice already. Once in 2006 and once in 2013. I’m imagining that with a President Trump, it would be somewhat easier to derail any bills that we don’t like, especially since I doubt that he wants to be humiliated by being rejected by his own supporters.

And maybe the MSM will ask Hillary about her immigration policy one of these days.
Just like they asked Zer0 what he meant by ,”I’m going to fundamentally change America.”
