The first and clearly most essential thing is for him to take the Justice Department out of the business of undermining Police protection for the law abiding in inner-city Black neighborhoods. That alone, would cause a spike in business & employment. Secondly getting the Feds out of local education will lead to improved self-respect--and hence more confident efforts at self-betterment--when a good teacher will be allowed to deal with each child as that child is, without having to be politically correct by obeying guidelines and check lists, where innovation in a one on one relationship is in order.
I do not want to get into subjects that the Clintonistas could take out of context, and use against us by misrepresenting the point; but the extent to which the Leftwing egalitarian/collectivists have actually sabotaged Black progress by idiotic psychological forays, is something which you probably understand. Simply using the bully pulpit effectively to promote personal responsibility & to put an end to the vicious appeals to resentment, envy & hate--that has characterized the era of Clinton/Bush & Obama--would be enormously beneficial.
I have little doubt that Trump will be far superior to Hillary Clinton in whatever is done for the Black Community.
Let us hope that the entire nation eventually comes to it's senses and gets back to Fiscal and Social stability.
