True story. Walk into any Walmart and watch for awhile and you'll see it repeated ad infinitum. Bet the Health and Human Services Department knows nothing about the boyfriend or the money he brings into the household. On top of that he doesn't pay any taxes on his wages because he's paid in cash most likely. I'd sat that's a big problem if a 1/5 of my wages are sucked away in taxes to pay for their benefits.
