Another, who uploaded a video to Instagram under the handle Nate3914, called the $19million-per-year athlete an 'ignorant son of a b****.'

Season ticket holders for the 49ers at Levis Stadium were required to buy Seat Builder Licenses, which are a contractual obligation to purchase season tickets for 10 years. And Kaepernick has been hearing boos for the last two seasons due to his poor play.

The real solution to this will be Kaepernick on the bench in 2016, as he was for the second half of 2015, and his release as soon as the season ends. Given his poor play in 2014 and 2015 and the fact that he will have been sitting for a year and a half by the time he is released, his NFL playing days may be behind him.
