Ted should find a length of hemp to swing from!

Cruz could easily stop his supporters.

Sure, because that highly organized Cruz campaign machine is still goin' strong. It's only a matter of time before they deliver the nomination to Ted.

These stories are like the Romney stories that keep popping up. Not everybody who once supported Cruz (or Romney) is a hired staffer taking orders from Ted (or Mitt).

What they're doing at this point might just be something they're doing on their own initiative.

If you’re familiar with Star Trek: TNG, I’ve been trying to “Darmok” the events of the day with stories in Scripture like how the Tamarians communicated in the “Darmok” episode.

***

I don’t know if there are any Star Trek references to this: at least I don’t remember any. Trying to remember a Scripture reference too, but mostly I just came up with a trope.

But Cruz seems to be the smarmy vizer plotting for the throne who is willing to undermine the entire nation at war, because he thinks that after the collapse, he’ll be the one sitting on top of the heap.

I still warmly remember the humiliation conga that Cruz went through after he tried to stab Trump and all of us in the back.

And may it continue until he’s dumped from the Senate in disgrace.

He deserves everything that will happen to him. Constitution Conservative, Principle Conservative, True Conservative . . . give me a break. He is a complete a-hole that sneers at people. Remember the NY Values comment?

He calls himself Christians, but holds grudges and does not honor pledges?

I stopped supporting Cruz around last October. It just got to be too much for me.

On the one hand I’m disappointed as I always am when a guy that I had hopped was a good conservative turns out not to be.

On the other hand, I’m glad Trump was such a lightening rod, revealing people for who they really were. Not just people either, as some organizations when round the bend too.

Why doesn’t Cruz just come out and declare himself to be a Democrat?

There is no way someone who initially campaigned as “the true conservative” can support Hillary, if he is genuine about what he believes. And if he is motivated by sour grapes over losing to Trump—well, he simply does not have the maturity to lead.

I was very much a Cruz supporter until he refused to endorse Trump.

Trump won. He may not have been my first or even second choice. That doesn’t matter. He is hands down better than Hillary.

Not long after the convention I wrote to Cruz. I let him know that I was a big supporter of his in the past but that I could no longer do so. In fact, I would do what I could to make sure he didn’t return to the Senate.

“There are FOUR Republicans running for Rubio’s seat. The election is today. You choose to ignore PRIMARIES and WHAT THEY ARE FOR!
McCain is in a tough primary today, but you have given up already.”

I am no fan of Rubio. I certainly would be supportive of giving someone else a shot at that seat, but I prefer Rubio over any Democrat.

Same thing for McCain. I will celebrate if McCain gets primaried out.

But I am in Texas and can vote neither for nor against McCain and Rubio.

Cruz is now, and always has been, a Soros plant.

He was a CUCKoo in the Conservative nest who hoodwinked many. I regret to say I was one of those fooled until earlier this year.

I suspect he was the one the establishment had in mind for leading the abolition of the Constitution and creation of a North American Union.

Cruz is going to cause him problems in the Senate.

But only for two years.

“Cruz could easily stop his supporters.”

Cruz is not only refusing to stop his supporters from helping Clinton.

Cruz is actively working with Clinton to win the presidency. I think it is likely that Cruz was always working the Democrats. Cruz was always dishonest.
