I trash every résumé received from muslims or applicants with muslim-sounding names. Don’t care how illegal it is. My company, my money. I’ll hire, or not hire, whomever I want for whatever reason I want.

That's smart. I assume you're also smart enough that, if you're ever challenged on why you didn't hire any particular candidate you've rejected, you'll give ANY plausible answer other than one pertaining to their Muslim-ness.

I no longer have W-2 employees. I now only use independent contractors on a 1099 basis. When the government tries to tell me which electricians and plumbers I can use, I will close up shop for good.
